The Quest To Become the Fittest Financial Advisor 16.1



16.1 is in the books. This is the first time I have only completed an Open workout once. Usually, I give it a second try in hopes that I can improve with a modified strategy. Not this time. Here’s why:

20 min AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)

25 ft Overhead Walking Lunges with 95 lb. barbell (65 lb for women)

8 Burpees (jump over the bar with each burpee)

25 ft Overhead Walking Lunges

8 Chest-To-Bar Pull-ups

I managed to complete this 8 times, which gave me a score of 208 reps. As I write this Sunday evening, my hamstrings and glutes are still screaming at me. I don’t think it’s possible for me to do this workout again, which is painful for me to say. One and done for me.
