Earlier this week, we announced that the AGC™ would be growing by welcoming the advisors in the ONYX Advisor network into the family. This is an exciting announcement for a few reasons…
First, it was this summer that Taylor Schulte and I made an executive decision to bring the AGC™ under the umbrella of Wealthtender to help bring more support to running the business of the community. Brian Thorp, the founder of Wealthtender, is a tremendous operator and partner without whom I do not believe we would have been able to welcome ONYX to the AGC™. It’s been exciting to see the community maintain it’s name, brand, identity, and experience for the members and have the ability to grow with the addition of another great community of financial advisors.
Secondly, the founders of ONYX are two of my earliest friends in the business, Dasarte Yarnway and Emlen Miles-Mattingly, and it’s exciting to join forces with them. I’ve watched and been proud to support their vision for ONYX, and it’s pretty cool to have our two communities become one.
Finally, this news is a great way to end a tremendous year in the AGC™ and sets the tone for an even better 2024!
