Ben Bergeron Shares 10 Habits To Drop

Ben Bergeron is one of the most successful coaches in CrossFit; he’s coached his athletes to six CrossFit Games championships, along many more making the Games as competitors. In addition to coaching top-level athletes, Ben started and runs CrossFit New England, provides programming through his CompTrain and CompTrain Masters websites, has written a book, and hosts a podcast, which is also recorded and posted on YouTube.
