16.3 came and went. I’m a little late in posting this update, but it’s for good reason. Busy days with clients will always postpone a CrossFit related post on this financial blog. Priorities.
I gave the workout a go on Friday and scored 90 reps. Tried it again on Saturday and scored 89 reps. It was tough, but being honest with myself, I knew that 90 reps was my best, and there was no need to give it a third attempt. Overall, I’m pretty happy with my score; check out the workout below:
7 min AMRAP (as many rounds as possible):
10 Snatches at 75lbs
3 Bar Muscle Ups
Rinse and Repeat as many times as possible.
