Last week was a busy week; I spent Sunday through Wednesday at the XY Planning Network’s annual conference, XYPN Live. I followed that up with a trip to Pennsylvania the March For The Fallen fundraiser–I’ll have a post talking about each event in the coming days, but in the meantime, I wanted to have my buddy Isaiah Douglass, founder of ID Financial Planning and Wealth Management swing by to share his thoughts on XYPN Live, working with young professionals, and his first few months owning his own RIA.
I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Isaiah for a while now; we met as he planned his escape from the wirehouse world and although he’s only been on his own for a few months, it’s been fun to watch him thrive out on his own. I think he has a bright future.
